[Resolved]  Viraj Profiles Ltd — PF withdrawal Form return from PF Office

Dear Sir

I was left my previous employee as on date 30/09/2009. During my duty period the had deducted my PF regularly from my saliery.

After leaving the origination i was summited the PF withdrawal form but this form is returned from PF office (Kandivali Mumbai) due to contribution(Employer share) has been stated is not correct. After that i tried to telephonic talk to censored person but he could not reply properly.

Now today more than 1 year, what i shall do further to get my PF money. Please ser help me in this matter.
