[Resolved]  Virtual Employee Private Limited — Fake Company

Dear all,

This is true that the VE is a big crap, specially all the management. Please don't trust on anyone there. And never give your original documents which they asks at the time of joining for 2 or 3 months. There is no guarantee that they will refund you once your 2-3 months will be passed. The document submission receipt they provides to the employee has no meaning at all. You can't even claim for your documents on behalf of that receipt anywhere.

So my suggestion is better to stay at home and search for another job compared to join this crap cultured company.

Four of my friends had done this mistake.

Be careful, choice is yours.

I am ex-employee of this company, and all the facts that have been written by nawed are very true, this company is full of cheap and unethical people,
these people terminate their employees without any reason, and then blame on their performance, they donot even pay them salary n neither the notice period money, the whole system is corrupt and its just a bunch of improfessionals.

Do Not even attend telephonic interview. (WTF) time wastage.

First they might say you for telephonic interview. Then they call for face to face round.

Before face 2 face round HR (Kajal for me) tells you about the company that's fine. Real game starts when she asks for Signing some agreement on bond paper before giving you and offer so that you don't join anywhere else. She tries to trap you in the game. Moreover she says that you need to sign a bond for 6 months and submit your 10th / 12th original mark sheet .. WHAT the [censored].

DO NOT EVENT wait for another minute that.
Thank god I haven't signed any bond and agreement there.

Later I came to know that for the first 6 month they might hold your salary and treat you in any manner because they have your marksheet and a [censored]ing aggrement signed.
Even if you work more thatn 6 months, they may fire you at any time without notice.

There are lots of good companies around. Go join them, Why to join such crap [censored]g organization. Zero out of 5

Yes that is bull company. Never join it. May I know which profile you're looking for so that I can inform you of another offer from any other organization if that is in my knowledge ?

Working from last 7 Month, they retuned my document to me and on every 7th date of every month got salary, If there is Sunday on 7th Salary would be crediting on 6th. And any how before 10th Salary comes to account.

FAKE Company - Virtual Employee Private Limited.. Please do not join here ever. The will ask for your maksheet but will not return you untill you beg them. They will tell you to sign a bond of 6 months and then will treat you like a slave. They will tell you to work for 12 hours a day, No respect and etc. etc. etc.They terminate employees at any time without any proper reason. Management here is just for the sake of nothing. Pathetic work environment, no respect, lots of showoff and pathetic people.

They will tell you to sign 6 months bond and will treat you like slaves, will tell you to work 12 hours for client and will order to work on weekends. They will tell you to submit your marksheet at the time of joining and will not return it until and unless you really beg them. Please Note - You can be terminated as well on forcefully asking for your marksheets. No job security at all. Fake Experience letters are provided to people. Lots of Baisness. They like to terminate employees because of no reason. HR persons are Pathetic to talk. You will get no support from them. MANAGEMENT in this organisation is THE WORST. The are the Puppets of some people.

I too have worked with V.E. The environment I have found in there is very good. it is true they ask you for the original mark sheet of 10th or 12th but it does not mean they won't return it to you. Salary always on time. No work pressure. no disturbance by anyone in the company, management is good. I was working with them but unfortunately I had met with an accident and I wanted to rejoin it but it is an offshore company so it happens sometime that you might get client of your field.

overall a company is VE. I love to join it again if I ever get chance.

Beware friends please dont join Virtual Employee private limited in any condition its a fraud company they are doing big scam and there firing policy is very famous in all delhi ncr and there mentality is very cheap from company point of view and the senior employees treated the junior employees as a slaves and even girls are treated very rudely they used bad and abused words with girls and even used mc bc by their HR DEPATMENT to girls and doing big fraud in front of employess by cheated with the clients and customers

@cra81 Which position have you applied for? Last year I left the company and to be honest apart from a few cons I really liked working here. They do take your marksheet for some kind of check they say but return it on time. The employees work directly with the clients so I guess that is why they take this precaution. The best part about this company is work life balance. Never in my 4 years did they force me to extend my shift. They do ask you if there is a need and I happily did it since I liked the environment there. for some people it it may not have been a good experience may be because of the freedom they get and sometimes people get carried away and don't act responsibly due to which the work suffers. I would recommend speak with a few more people from this company and see what they say of course people usually have negative things to say about the company but ask them about the learning, work environment and work stress most of the people will have to say positive things about company. I am reapplying in this company because no one keeps nagging you while you are working no office politics. let hope for the best. Do let me know if you need more information.
