These people are scam merchants and the initial comment re "Legitimate service" is total BS. They will get you to pay for a computer maintenance service and then ring and say you have a problem. Your will then need to give them access to your computer. A friend did this and they ripped thousands out of her credit card.

STAY AWAY - THEY ARE SCUM AND BOTTOM FEEDERS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.
