[Resolved] Visabillpay — Non Response to Reported Issue
I am now closing my account with VisaBillPay and recommend the same to all who use it. The portal refuses to respond to issues, and sends the identical auto-generated email to all complaints. (The auto-mesg keeps asking for the text of the error mesg, which I included in my very first email!!)
They have changed something in their online payment procedures which is making my payment attempts crash (despite more or less problem-free functioning before, and despite checking from another machine with a totally different net access). My irritation is not so much with the networking issue itself but with the non-response of the company.
