The internet speeds are extremely erratic. The network speed and connectivity are always low and even lower in the nights. The usual network speed is 18.0 Mbps - 36.0 Mbps and network connectivity is almost always 3 bars. I have bought a 512 kbps connection and I expected faster speeds. However, these speeds make it seem just like dial-up. I have a pre-paid scheme and due to these slow speeds the balance on my account is just flying away. I have kept quiet for 4 months, hoping that things would pick up. However, this almost feels like fraud and I am extremely annoyed with the services. If things cannot be resolved, I suggest the stop their service completely, as clearly they don't seem to be coming through with their word of providing proper internet connection. this is a general trend among the network providers to give their speed in kilobits per sec which is about 8 times slower than kilo bytes per sec.
