[Resolved]  VOX IPod — Problem in functionality and Battery

Hi,

I bought the VOX Ipod from Next Show room located at Gumanpura, Kota Rajashthan. This product is defaulty from the start the date I purchased. I came to know about this when i charged the battery for 4 to 5 hours and it finished in 1/2 hr. I sent it back to the showroom, the product is back after some battery replacement as told by the showroom people. Now the problem again started, it is not connected to the system, and sometime fail to charge.
I think the product is already defective and the people at room knew about it, and they sold the defective product to me. I dont know what to do.

Please advice for the same.
