Hi got a call from Dinesh Sagar from Vriti Interactive regarding Tata Photon plus and said the device costs 2500 and when i clicked the link to make the payment it was only 2300. Moreover I was told i would get 5GB at 3.1 Mbps and then speed would be reduced to 256kbps. but when i got the device initially it was not sealed properly and the headphone in that was missing. Second they said after 5GB, the speed would be reduced to 128kbps and not 256kbps. When i enquired about the same, the delivery executive says that is how you get it and they are not even responsible. Moreover being an employee of MNC we we get Tata Photon plus at attractive rates and plans and when tried to contact Mr. Dinesh Sagar he doesnt even pick up the call and doesnt even respond to mails to convert the plan to a suitable one.
