I just don't agree. This is so wrong. I am sorry you must have done something!
I have been his employee for past 5 years and know many who still work for him. He is a great professional with an intelligent humor. I can understand he can be wrong as everyone gets sometimes, we all do...don't we, right? We should appreciate how this man came along way from a middle class family and built up everything. It is too bad you sham somebody's family without even knowing the other side of him.
I have all respect for him and must appreciate him as an employer. True that he has become short tempered lately...but he is not at all a bad person.
I just hope Aseem never reads this - A nice soul will hurt and disappoint.

I AGREE.. HE IS NOT ONLY FRAUD BUT ALSOO LOOSE CHARACTER... HE PREFERS FEMALE EMPLOYEES OVER MALE. AND NOW ALSO HE IS HAVING A KIND OF AFFAIR WITH ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEEES. IF YOU ARE A FEMALE AND NEED A JOB, HE IS THE ONE WHO CAN HELP YOU OUT..

I am one of such victims, jasmin never allowed me to talk to aseem regarding my salary and he never picked up my calls. It seems like Mr Aseem bhardwaj puts employees salaries in his own pockets. If you ask company employees, not even a single from them, even the peons or sweepers, will say goodwords about mr aseem.
ASEEM BHARDWAJ IS A FRAUD & he should be ashamed for how he betrays poor people by not giving their money
