Thanks for your letter 858 / 2009 dtd. 23.09.2009 against my complaint at the starter office at Mulund station west. dtd 27.08.09. I am happy to learn of your efforts and instructions given.
But I regret, today is 7th Nov 2009 and till now, the Bus Stop Route 110 ( Mulund west to Pawar Nagar)
is located right in front of the URINALS compelling the waiting passengers to inhale the unhealthy odour from the Urinals.
Besides as explained earlier, there is no proper facility to stand in queue with the result, the passengers invaribly break the queue, and get into the bus pushing aside old and less physically abled persons.
In Some of the new Buses introduced in different routes the reserved seats for OLD and DISABLED are NOT MARKED AT ALLl, ladies seats are though, marked. This results many times in altrcation amongst the adamant non co-operative pasengers.
Kindly do the needful espesilly
(1). to shift the bus stop at Mulund west station to a better location (even in the perpendicular lane if not parallel to the station) to enable us form proper queue comfortably and
(2) Mark the seats reserved for disbled / senior citizens clearly and boldly to avoid altercation amongst the public
(3) Avoid cancellation of buses on this route and maintain frequency adequately, as this route serves innumerable "Nagars" and the bus is always being used by maximum pasengers.
Thank you for your kind co-opertion and action, yours S C Rao Was this information helpful? |
