My name is bharat i was working with vygon india i have joines vygon on 1st feb 2010, i served my 2.5 years with vygon, but in july 2012 i resigned from my post and i served all my property and resignation letter to the company. when i applied for the EPF first time my form has been rejected by the epf office when i asked the company person they told me that signing authority has changed because of that your form has been rejected .then i applied again and again the form is rejected its more then 6 months and i am still wating for my pf

I just want to highlight few points

My 1st signing authority was Mr pavan Choudary MD vygon India, i came to know he resigned from his post of MD and the authority has changed , the first form of my has been signed by Mr choudary which was rejected by the EPF office , Mr choudary has shown his temperary resignation to the EPF office to withdraw his PF and he joind again.

This is really bad if person sitting on such level doing this and employee who really need there money is suffering please take some action regarding this
