[Resolved]  wagon R Duo — Fuel Injector stuck up

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Hi,

I bought Wagon R Duo Lxi on 5th Jun'09. Everything was going smooth with my car till I took my car for 3rd free servicing on 29th May'10, at RKS Motors, Somajiguda. They wrote 4-30PM on the job card and asked me to come around 4-30 to pick up the car. But it was delivered at 7-20PM, anyway, this is not my major issue.

At around 7PM, the executive Santosh and workshop manager Baig told me that there is a problem in the fuel injector. So, they suggested me not run the car on petrol but the car can be perfectly run on LPG. They also said that the fuel injector needs to be changed but that part was not available with them at that time. I said I will be going to attend my brother's marriage in Nalgonda and can not come back to Hyd until 6th Jun'10. But when I asked them to check in front of me, they tried starting my car in LPG but it dint start and they said LPG tank is empty. I somehow was not convinced as I was quite sure there must be at least 2 ltrs of LPG in it.
Keeping this aside, I repeatedly asked Mr.Baig whether there will be any problem If i go for long drive (till Nalgonda) on LPG. He and Santosh (who took my car and handed-over job-card to me) made it very clear that "the car runs perfectly fine on LPG".
On 31st May'10, I started to Nalgonda along with my family (my kid of 5months age also in the car) and got the car LPG tank filled completely at Lakdi-ka-pool and to surprise the tank just took 21ltrs (this clearly shows that there was some LPG left in the tank when I took my car for servicing). And the most surprising thing is the car did not start in LPG at all...it was around 12 noon. I went to RKS Motors, Malakpet show-room where I bought my car a year back. I met Mr.Abhay Choudhury and explained the problem. They didnt even ask me to sit in the show room (I told them my family is in the car on the road), not only that he simply said "go to Somajiguda branch and he is helpless in this regards". I requested him to check with Somajiguda workshop, then he spoke to Mr.Baig and told me to ge tit checked in Workshop of Malakpet branch. I met Mr.Ramesh there and noone else attended my problem until I called back Mr.Baig. They kept me waited by telling all stories for 2 hours and at the end they said "car now runs fine in Petrol". This clearly means that "what was told to me earlier is not right".
I told that "petrol is not economical to me so you may have to bear my expenses as this is clearly your problem". After having a long conversation with Mr baig on phone, he said "I will do some favour to you but may not bear your petrol expenses".

After I came back from my marriage, I took the car for servicing at Somajiguda branch on 8th Jun'10. On delivery that evening, Mr.Baig said "complaint to whomever you want, I will not take any responsibility at all". This is the WORST statement which hurted me throughout the above story.

Can somebody explain him about Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight?

Regards
Narsimha
