Walsons Services — Non Deduction OF

Dear Sir,

I am Christopher from Chennai, I had been working for a company called Walsons Services having their office at Adyar Chennai. I had joined the company in the month of August 2008 and I was given a salary of Rs. 29000/= PM.

To my amusement I have realised the company has not made arrangement and PF was never detucted, I would like to take legal action against the company and am formally registering my complaint online.

Please advice on the above subject.
