ATTENTION GOVERNMENT
We are the residents of sector C Jankipuram, Kursi Road, Lucknow. A public park is there in this sector. The same is occupied by some unauthorized person and a temple is also made close to his house. Now the park was recently mended and a submersible pump has been installed in a corner for watering the park, but the park is in dilapidated condition with no grass or plants. The pump is being misutilised by the caretaker who uses the pump for selling the water to others and used power using KATIYA CONNECTION on the power line(stealing power from wires for electricity supply to the area) . Being the responsible citizens we wish to bring it to your notice.
. We are concerned about the depleting underground water resource and we are talking about a lot of water saving and rain water harvesting. But here the water is being exploited for vested interest and also the precious power.

Water Wastage
I live in Dadar, Mumbai. Ours is a Chawl (Dholak Wala Chawl), and there are like about 400 row houses. I have seen water pipelines given to every house (outside the door of every house ofcourse, to show that its public. But if its public then why it should be placed at EVERY door?). The water flow is very good and its 24x7. And the most important thing is NO ONE IS PAYING A PENNY for it. As there are no charges for this water, people here are wasting water day and night (as its 24x7). I dont understand how the government (or whoever is incharge of this) is allowing such a thing to happen. Why cant you give the taps with a Meter on it where every one can pay for the usage of water, cause this way people will use the water with care. Please do the needful just to save the planet, and to help to stop wastage of water. Thanking you. (A resident of this same Chawl)

We are the residents of sector 4 rewari haryana. A house is in construction which has a submercible connection in it just next to our house. The labours constructing the house live there itself and use the submercible water for their living. I see them always wasting the precious underground water. The amount of water wastage is very high. Somtimes i see a person brushing his teeth and water is going idle, sometimes their is nobody using the water and still the submecible is on. Everybody knows the pressure of a submercible pump, it pumps around 2 litres per second. I have told them many times not to waste water and use buckets for bathing and washing cloths and every other necessities but these bloody uneducated labour caste dont listen to anyone. In fact i had fights with them many times but they never understand, just imagine we can brush our teeth with only a mug of water and they use 500 liters for that and this story is not of only 1 day, it happens daily and their not only 1 there are around 12 labours doing the same thing. No buckets are used, they wash their cloths, bath using submercible pipe. Even we people dont get so much water. The amount of water we do not use in a day, 20 times of which they waste in a day.
I dont know where to complain about this otherwise i would have not let them live in this city. Please somebody tell what can i do where can i complain for this

One Such case which I would like to bring it to your notice is:
Apex Mall (Next to Metro Plaza), Delhi Road, Meerut
Everyday in front of my eyes i see 1000's of litres of water being wasted away.
The authorities have money to built a huge mall but doesn't have sense of social responsibilty to save water.
There is one submesible fitted in the compound whose outlet is coonected to a big diameter pipe. Now, you can imaging the quantity of water that comes out of the pipe. The ON/OFF switch is easily accessible to all the people and anyone can use it. I see, people drink only 1 glass of water but waste 100's of litres of water in one go. People come and wash their cars, take bath, washes clothes, washes bikes and do what not with that ground water which is 100% pure.
I am very sure that at least 2000 litres of pure water is wasted everyday in this mall.I tried to tell the guards and even the concerned person of the mall but they din take any action.
I want UPJN to take strict action against the authorities for this kind of lame activity. There should be heavy penalty that should be laid on them then only they will undersatnd the importanc eof water.
