They want that every employee work for him for 24 hour and they are not paid for extra hour work.
Many times employee has to work for whole night.

My humble request to all pupil who are looking to join in webxsolutions.org request you to withdraw ...
its 100% fraud company... we joined months ago... still there are no training.. no premises... no trainers... no projects... no salaries... always excuses from hr manager it, ...its shame to intimate you that everyday we are going to hotels... for name of training... hardly in 8 hours IT shift we do only for 30 mins..after 30 mins we can go home, , , training that too from stupidity trainer... company has already taken 1000 employees by taking money...its finish... now they are introducing new fishing as webxsolutions.org business school... costs around 2, 00, 000, , , i request all the parents not to move towards webxsolutions.org... as an employ i am facing this ...its a shame every day we are going to hotel as premises... forgot to mention that we have facilities like summer holidays, rainy holidays for weeks... whenver we ask for salary they give us holidays... do u think this happens in any other IT companies? for certificate verifications they gave us 1 week holidays... for new premises 1 week holidays., .. if drizzling public holiday... if any absence of trainer holiday... and there is special offer... all these holidays are paid holidays... there are no salaries... but they give paid holidays without pay... if some one asks for something to Amol Gavhane... simpliy he says to resign... because he already taken what he wants from us...for every new joinings they say we have multiple projects, , , premises... but there is big hole... to see later. we in hyerabad branch dont have any facilities but they want to open in vizag, chennai, blore, ... were they find money ...we paid money got from parents, for interests... we badly stuck up in critical situation.. so we couldnot come out... i request you one n all not to join in hell based MNC company.

Fake Company !!!
I have been called for job for Web Designer . They told me to make a good design of their existing website with some creativity to check my creativity in Photoshop . Dude they don't even have CS5 or CS6 . They called themselves very talented . what the !. They are still using CS3, may they don't even aware about the new one's . The HR AMOL GAVAHANE told me to save the design in PSD as well as JPeg format. And after completing design they told me to wait for 2 days, but no response from them even after a week and they used my design to develop their website.
