Wespro Digital/ DC 8670 — Defective camera not replaced.

I had bought a Digital Camera Model DC-8670 from M/S Wesprodigital, Mumbai
online on[protected]. After a few months suddenly tha camera stopped working while with in the warranty period. I sent it for repair to Mumbai in June
2009. After a few months I was told that camera could not be repaired and will be replaced. I have been calling them repeatedly and written many
emails to them but they have not given me the replacement. They have lied to
me many times saying that my camera has been sent and then few days later
they will say it was not true. I have also written email to their executive
director Ms. Janhavi Jasraj but she did not reply back.
I thereby wish to make a complaint against M/S Wesprodigital for this lack
of service. I would like to inform anyone who wishes to buy a Wespro product that its the most pathetic company I have ever come across as far as after sales service is concerned. Please do not buy their products.
