I bought a Wespro Camcorder from naaptol . But this camcorder is not Workng at first time. When insert the bttery, then the red light is alWays lighted. I call HoWrah & kolkta service center but the phone are not received by any center. What I am doing noW ?

I bought a Wespro dv648 16mp Camcorder from Homeshop18 .I received the campcorder 8 july 2013. But this camcorder is not Workng at first time. When insert the bttery No power on the campcorder, As per the last telephonic conversation with your executive, But they told me to contact me again But there do not so.What can I do now .
