[Resolved]  Whirlpool Whitemagic 123 650h — product not working within 1 month

i purchased product from e-zone. within 1 month product started giving sound.thn inside wheel starts running in anticlockwise on power on..and gives a loud sound..on complaint company says pcb is damaged and they dont have spares it will take time.. no fixed time to replace.on repeated complaint they said they will replace machine. thn after 11 days also they not replaced ...now theyrun out of stock 123 650h machine.

White magic 123 650s — No working of machine

We had complaint to the company many days before. Machine was not working from past 1 weak .no action is taken against it as we r suffering from many problems due to this.
I request u to please take action for making our problem solved as soon as possible.
