[Resolved]  WNS Pvt Ltd — Dress code

Hi,

The dress code rules in WNS pvt ltd , says that all employees to wear strict formals on weekdays and casuals on weekends.

This complaint is against WNS HR who require the managers to send requests asking permission for the team members to wear ETHNIC dresses on Indian Festivals. Even this mail was sent for Republic Day which makes me feel like a slave in India.

Also there is no restriction for clients, they can even come in their three fourths to office. Please let me know if this can be stopped for once and all in any corporate office. Maybe people might disagree ,but it hurts people who are proud to be an INDIAN

Also this company does not care for employee satisfaction.No statutory bonus was paid in last financial year. I would be happy if you could enquire into this.
