Woodpecker Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fraud company, with 2-4 computer and 1-2 small rooms.
Is it called a company? haha!
They gave me a call and asked me (A Computer Engineer) to come for the interview but didn't tell that they are fraud.
When I went there, they showed me a funny paper (photocopy) and told me to read the terms and conditions, I read that.
It was written that If you are a fresher You will have to work for free till 2 months, and thereafter we will give you Rs. 5000 per month from 2 months onwards.
After 6 months of working, we will give you Rs. 8000 till you have worked upto 11 months, and Rs. 12000 thereafter.
That sounds funny. An engineer would be working for free till 2 months.
The limit of their stupidity crossed when a person told me that apart from all such conditions, I will have to perform a test to make a login and registration page with a lot controls in it.
I was laughing in my mind that how stupid they are, that they are saying a engineer to work for free (and even then they are asking to test him. haha) and at just a nominal amount after 2 months as well (Rs. 5000).
Okay ! I did it, made the forms and programs, as they wanted.
But what rubbish! One of the most stupid man came there and told me If I would be searching jobs in between while working in the company (for free even), they would be kicking me from their company, and hence there is no need to search the job, that stupid person told.
After coming out of the fraud company named - Woodpecker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I was laughing on myself and Hahahahahahaaha.
I asked a guard about their company, he told me that they are fraud and everyday the Landlord comes and gives them warning to send to the jail if they did not pay the rent for it.
He told me they have not paid 1 year rent to him.
As I already suspected from their behavior and their infrastructure (only 2 small rooms in a mall - will come around Rs. 10000 per month rent for whole company) that they are fraud, I won't join it.
Will you do?

I am the Director of the company mentioned above. I do not understand why all of this is written here which doesn't make sense.
1. Yes, we hire trainees on the basis of the terms mentioned above. What is wrong in that? Lots' of trainees join the smaller companies because they are not getting jobs anywhere. Is it a sin for being a smaller company? And if we are telling all that in advance, why we are considered doing fraud?
2. We are in the most prime location of North Delhi with full power backup building having a rent of over Rs. 50/- per sqft. Our office is 800sqft and the lease deed tells that. The copy of which may be produced to anyone coming to our place. Also, the payments are made on time which is mentioned in the deed as full one year Post Dated Cheques are given in advance. As a proof, one can go through our bank statements and talk to our land lord about our payment behavior which can also be done if you visit our office.

4. Being an engineer, doesn't make anyone qualified for the job. I hope everyone would agree to this.
Thanks people, and I hope you won't give attention to the complaint above, however, I do not understand if this guy doesn't want to work with us, what's the big deal here? Why is he complaining for that. There are thousands of companies which are not the right place to work as per you, would you start complaining about that? It's so childish!
Should I be punished or abused for being a small company? I started working at the age of 16 and in 10 years, I have been able to keep up a pvt. ltd. company of my own. I did something more creative than complaining about other people for not hiring me.
Also, if he is saying a truth, I request him to reveal his identity and face us in the court of law.
