I have made an order having order no 157264 on dated 5 April 2012.but it was dispatched to me partially and one article out of my order is pending.i got mail from allschoolstuff that they will ship the pending article as it was out of stock now.but later they refued to delieve other as the article as is out of stock and assured me to issue a gift voucher of same value so that i can make purchase.but now as the article value is 55 rs I was charged Rs 50. as shipping charges.Much concern. is that why i will pay shipping charges as the product is out of stock from their end.
