[Resolved]  www.DelhiOnlineFlorists.com — Failure to deliver the correct product and rectify their mistake

I purchased fruit and flower baskets from delhionlineflorists.com and the wrong goods were delivered. The flowers delivered were entirely different from what appeared on the website and the fruits didn't have the variety and premium quality they described. After I submitted my purchase, their auto-response email to me only included a link that states "For any problems, please contact us." When I first filed the complaint, delhionlineflorists.com asked me to send them evidence of the wrong goods (coincidentally, the recipient had taken pictures as a part of thanking me for the gifts). After they reviewed the pictures, they had the nerve to tell me that I must file a complaint within 48 hours after they delivered the goods (mine was filed a little over 48 hrs). Question is: Why did they even bother to ask me to supply them evidence in the first place? First, I would not even have known that they cheated their customers, if the recipient of the goods hadn't sent me the pictures. That takes time. Second, I live in the States, and it is the first time I'm using an overseas online florist service. There's a time difference: I was asleep when they notify me the goods are delivered to an elderly woman who's recovering from heart surgery. When the elderly woman had a chance to take pictures, there's another delay. In addition, I used Delhionlineflorists.com service in good faith, believing the company would be reliable and do honest business with their customers. I didn't think too much of it until I notice from the pictures they made a mistake. Delhionlineflorists.com did not take any action to rectify their mistake even after they received the evidence and knowing that it was a mistake. I am extremely disappointed of how delhionlineflorists.com handles this situation. If I hadn’t received the pictures of the wrong goods from the recipient, I would probably have used their service again. NOT ANYMORE. It is scary to think how many times this may have happened to their other customers. This is not the right way to conduct business with and treat customers. I hope my comments will serve as a caution to potential users of delhionlineflorists.com.

My order to Delhi was not sent till date .my order date is 29 August and it says that day that my order has been sent within the day .today is 7 September and my order is not sent.please do something strict to stop this kind of thing.
