[Resolved]  www.ezrecharge.in / Prepaid mobile recharge — account not recharged and no redressal of complaint

I tried to recharge from this website (www.ezrecharge.in) with following details:
ezTrack ID: EB284149
Mobile Number: xxxxxxxxxx
Recharge Amount: 125
Service Provider: Airtel

Inspite of the fact that this recharge denomination of Rs.125 was chosen from Airtel's website where I was taken by ezrecharge only. My attempt to recharge failed and money was deducted from my account. Now I am trying to contact the company's customer care you since last 30 hours but I am not even getting a response from them. After failure of recharge, my account on this website was credited with some points, and I am not able to redeem this points even after 3 attempts.

Lousy and pathetic service. Company doesn't even have contact numbers to reach to company. I wonder now whether my transactions were safe or not.

Please help.

and i hav got a message on my cell that we tranferred 1000 points to your ez recharge account for your failed order #.
how to redeem this since i dont hav any account on ez recharge.in

Recharge Amount: 222
Service Provider: Airtel
Recharge Date: June 24th 2010

This denomination was very much validated by the tariff plans which was redirected by ezrecharge.in. My attempt to recharge was utter failure. The money was deducted from my account. I got an email regarding this from their support team with some lame options. But I could not revert back to this email because it was No-Response email. Why do you keep such an email as your customer support email id is what I donot understand.

I am not a member but I am extremely disappointed by this kind of service options!

Even i'm faced the same issue today.
I don't even get any response to my mail sent.
Please note that Consumer court keeping eye on all these complaints as well.
I did order on Ezrecharge.. everything was sucessful but i have not received money in my account.

If i check status on their website it says that it is still under verification.

what verification is pending???? if online recharge takes that much time than what is use of it... i made online recharge because i wanted this instantly in emergency. i did not get my purpose solved :(
