www.fetise.com - an online shopping portal had offered me a welcome coupon for Rs.500 for my first purchase with them. I had ordered for an accessory worth Rs.780/-. The order was not executed within the agreed time. When enquired they requested for more time. After few days, they cancelled the order from their end and asked me to buy some other article for the same value. I was not interested in their offer and had requested for the refund of the payment made. They confirmed on March 10, 2012 that the same has been initiated and will be paid in 7 working days. Till date neither have I got the refund nor am I replied properly when I contact the held desk.
