Hi,
This is regarding a order i placed with www.flowerdeliveryindia.Com
The order ID is FDI-[protected]
I placed this order on 8th January for 14th Feb(Valentine's day), but i did that for my friends birthday(Co-incidence that it falls on valentine's day) they took the payment and confirmed the order with a valid order ID(i.e. :- FDI-[protected] ) and i got a confirmation Mail too,
Now on 1st Feb i get a mail from their department saying we have cancelled your order since it is valentine's day, so you need to place your order specially for valentines day, and 2nd Feb when i call the customer care (i.e :- 91-[protected])
i explained to them that i am in a remote location and cannot reorder going to the link you people gave and so i told them to order them on 13th, now they say sir any thing after 10th Feb should be differently order, again, i told ok order it on 9th feb(Fine for me) but they said, Sorry sir we have cancelled that order already now not possible.
My point is :-
1) Why should they accept the order and the payment if they are supposed to cancel it, they should not accept it on first hand itself
2) And what should i do if i am in a condition that i had just that much money in my account, these people cancelled it but said, will payback money in 10 days(how does that make sense)
3) and why they could not deliver it on 9th or 13th when it is a problem wit 14th of feb.
(I Am Attaching the snapshots of both the confirmation and cancellation mails)
kindly let me know, what and how should i proceed to escalate this.
