We are really sorry for the inconvenience you got to face. We have clearly written on our website that, we Do NOt Host downloads site, video streaming sites, game server sites and pornographic materials websites. All these services compromise the services offered to other customers who are on the same server.
You did not tell me while chatting with me that you wanted to host a downloads site on our server, moreover 30 day money back gaurantee applies only if there is an error from KTHost side. Like if our server goes down for long time, or you are facing problems because o[censored]s, or your are not getting responses for your support ticket.
Our representative sent you 54 mails in a single day to solve your problem though, we have that on record and we can present this to anyone who wishes to see that. Which hosting company on the internet is so much concerned about one customer... If you find one, tell me. They take hours to respond to your one mail.
And then you are openely lodging a complaint against us. We request the webmaster of this website to remove this complaint immediately as its completely illogical.
You violated our terms which completely gave us right to terminate your account, but still we gave you another chance and created a new account for you. Dont you think this was enough which we could do for you. You told us to move data from other server which was over 3 GBs, we started the process and in mean time you changed the password of your that account, because of which a compressed backup of your website could not be created.
I dont think there was any mistake on our behalf. And I know everybody there will agree, we still proudly say that we are still one of the most consumer friendly web hosts arround.
I request you to remove this complaint by yourself as we did everything we could do to solve your problem. Moving your files to us is your job, and running your website is also your job. There was no problem from our side, you violated the terms, we suspended your account. But still we gave you another account on same plan to you so that you can use that.
YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND.

KTHOST you are talking kiddish when you are trapped you want to get safe by writing this big. How can a site be closed the same day created? and you are funny to tell that the server was overloaded :))

That man uploaded a huge data the same day, he was already using some host before us. And the site was not closed the same day, it was closed a day after and he was given time of over 48 hours to correct the issue. We have still alloted him the disk space and bandwidth which he has bought, now its upto him whether he wishes to host with us or not.
I will be pleased to provide him the same service which KTHost is know for if he wishes to continue with us. I personally sent him the mail for joining our reseller program and compensating his loss. Its upto him what he wishes to do. We will not force him for anything.
