Hello,
I have ordered a bean bag from www.sosasta.com on 3rd of Oct 2011. I opted home drop option for my product and confirmed from customer care about the SLA of delivery which is 10 working days. I have not received my bean bag so far. I have called customer care 5 times, but I am still getting same answer that product would be delivered in 2-3 days. I tried escalating, but it seems it doesnt work.
