Even I also ordered a sauna belt and tested it for less than a minute before the executive who came to my residence to deliver the product. On the same day itself when i tried using it, it automatically got switched off after 1 or 1 & 1/2 minutes. The same day itself, I brought this into the notice of XL Sky Shop and they assured to get it replaced. I subsequently logged 4 requests to get it replaced but they didn't and eventually it happened like the executives stopped picking up my phone. What I feel these people are fraud and nevers provide after sales support to the buyers. Rs. 650/= is not a big deal but it is essential to stop these people to fool others. Please help.

I have purchased Sauna Slim Belt throguh telephonic order from XL Sky Shop cash memo no. 1033 dated 28/08/2009.
This product did not work work for a week and get burned. Due to this my mother had 2-3 scars of burning left on the stomach. She had suffered many problems due to this. From first week of September' 2009 I am continous calling these people, but they were trying to misguide me with telling that tomorrow executive will visit my home and refund the cash. Or call the number on the slip i.e;[protected]. and post your query thier. From the last three month I was trying to reach any concerned person on this no. But there is no body to took the phone or it's switched off. I am calling customer care for replacement or cash back, but they are just giving time and not doing anything in this regard. Despite of various reminder to Mr. Sachin and Mr. Nitin ([protected]), then Ms. Shobha([protected]) and MS. Ameesha ([protected]) who is picking phone on cusotmer care nothing is happening.
I am looking for help in this regard to refund the cash earliest.

XL SKY SHOP — Misbehavior/ Non replacement
I purchased a Sauna Belt on 16th Sep, with replacement warrantly. The belt is no more usable and I registered a complaint for replacement on 22nd Dec. And when ever I try to reach the number provided I get a wiered answer. They are not replacing and also not talking properly. Kindly help. I am willing to buy a slim sauna belt, can any one help me in knowing actual performance & side effects of the said belt

I purchased a item Sauna Slim Belt, Vibration worth Rs. 1000 on 6/10/2010, voucher no. 1346 with 1 year replacement guarantee under any damage or malfunctioning.
After Purchasing, it has been malfunctioning since 4 months. I registered a complain in your company; complain no.506 in the month of May.
Your company has not been responding me for a long time and dragged me under wrong impression and kept on making false promises to replace the malfunctioning item. It not only mentally harassed me but also ruined my precious time .
