Hi ,

I have a one query for provident fund , i am working in XXX company , i want know employee has a rights for his provident fund not to be deduct if his basic salary more than 6500/-.

secoundly company deduceted provided fund his employee but company has not registration number.



If company apply for regarisation number so how much time having to get to register.





How can get his employee refund his provident fund.



please solve my query .
