[Resolved] Yahoo India — Poorest service by Yahoo India Small Business

I have registered a website with Yahoo India Small Business on 27th July, 2009. They committed me the few specifications in the package, but they are provinind me those all. Their customer care is not at all responding. I have talked to their Delhi & Bangalore Offices, but they are not giving any satisfactorily reply. Please suggest what to do? Yes do it.. Being a Big MNC they should not do this.. I too have registered in yahoo. Still now i dint get response from them. Useless Service. I like Move my hosting now to one.com... Useless Service Yahoo...

me too facing a big problem of their absolute negligence and yet to be solved because of their very poor customer care.
Go to consumer forum without hesitation.

yahoo has a very worst service, they least bother on customer care, they let our organization standstill for more than one month(like this 4 times) due to their negligence.
when we call they simply pick and committ and dont do, when u call next time, the person wont be available.
Dont trust and go for the brand, Please
U will cry for ever
