KAKARUN MAKARUN COMPANY IN CHENNAI IS YANTRO SOFTWARE.
i work their for 1 months as system admin,stupid H.R SABA AND MAHALAKSHMI brainwash me at the time of interview,you know they are using only 6 desktop but they are 3 systemadmin in the company,they put bond for two years and first six month no salary and then three thousand they will pay and they collect my 10 and B.E certificate.[censored]y i give that and join their.AFTER ONE MONTH i plan to quit that company and ask my certificate [censored]y yantro they not give that,they ask 30000 thousand to produce certificate,finally after eight month more than 50 times i went their for certificate,they produce certificate by getting 4000 rupees from me.

Hi All, YANTRO is not like this company. I knew very much about this company because I have started my career here on 2003 and worked around 4 years. This is US based company and they are doing lot of Oracle Applications related projects almost all the modules and especially in iStore, iPayment and all web related modules. Even if they are giving the less scale salary when compare to other companies here they are giving lot of knowledge and opportunities to learn.

Actually I am a mechanical Engineer and when I started my career here in YANTRO I don’t know anything in software technologies like Java, Oracle and Oracle Applications. So I was bit confused and under oscillation whether I have entered into the correct technologies and finally I got support and ideas from this company and Here I got trained from all the basic things to Oracle Applications almost all modules. All are real time experience and main thing I would like to tell here is I saw my improvement in every project and even every month also. This is really a good and perfect place to learn and grab the things and take the ownership and do the work. Here there are no restrictions that we need to be only in that particular recruited area.

Now I am in good position in the same technologies in Fortune companies and various countries all over world and putting my YANTRO experiences here and getting the good appreciation. So whatever hard work I put in Yantro that is giving good result and make me happy now a day. The Basement what I have built there is really helpful and strengthen my knowledge and keep on growing in my life.

On the internet, they gave advertisement for freshers 2011...when i went for interview they asked 40, 000 and said they will give training for 6 months and then place...if i ts a US based company, dont they understand the difference between training and recruiting
