One of my old friend who studied along with me from I Std to X Std has taken Rs 50000 from me on loan basis by cheque.
Even after 3 years, he returned only Rs 10000 and not returned remaining Rs 40000.
when ever i go to his house, his family members will always says he is not in home. His profession is Lawyer .
I have proof for having given cheque for Rs 50,0000 and for receiving Rs 10000 from bank transaction history.
