YO Bykes — poor after service

Hi,
Im writing this to bring to your notice a few facts regarding my Yo Byke purchase.
I had bought the YO SPEED in june 2010,from delhi, thinking that im doing my bit for the environment. But to my dismay the Bike ran for barely 9 months. Following which i tried to call your call centre and all other numbers. First i kept on going back and forth with people on the service centre numbers. I then got in contact with my area service centre, Mahavir Agencies, they clearly told me they dont service Yo bykes anymore. then much later i was given the number of Mr. Jitender, whom i called and he asked me to sms my details to him which i instantly did. there was no reply for almost 2 weeks. i called him again and again gave him my details, he then sent an engineer, who took Rs200 also as visit charge. He told us that there was a problem with the CONTROLLER, and as soon as he receives the part he will come and replace it. He told us its in warranty and will be replaced free of charge. (pls remember my Bike had not run for more than 9 months and even now the KM it shows is 408 km)
After this visit by your engineer i called him almost every week, but all i get to hear is "the part is in short supply" "the part that came was faulty" "no parts coming from the company" etc!!!!
Recently i called up Mr Jitender again to ask why is this delay for a small controller. He told me he had no clue about it. Now i am very angry.
This mail is to inform you of the harrasment I have gone through after buying your product. And I am most dissapointed with your quality of service. I REGRET BUYING YO BYKE!
If you wish to do anything about my problem please do so fast, or till my patience fully runs out.
