[Resolved]  Zapak — UNABLE TO OPEN MY MAIL FOR LAST TWO MONTHS

Zapak — Fooling Customers

There was a promotion in Zapak that i[censored] play on their site then u will surely receive the vouchers, therefore i wasted my time in playing those games but still i havent received the vouchers worth Rs 750/- as promised by them. They are just fooling customers to play their game and not giving the vouchers as promised.

The worst part is that their Customer service do not even reply to our mails, till now i have send couple of mails to them but havent received any revert from them till date.

Request to the Consumer Complaint Officer to stop Zapak from fooling customer and help us in gettin the promised vouchers.

Zapak — my mails are deleted and i ' m unable to open my inbox

zapak has deleted all my emails and i am unable to open my inbox plz help. zapak lacks security features and any one can hack its password. my zapak id is [protected]@zapak.com

in my ID i have won free time @ zapak gameplex [twice] but i haven't got any notification email from many days

Zapak — zapak gameplex

the free time @ zapak gameple is of worth 50rs, i went there and put my pin and vocher number, it gave me 60 min, but for 1 hr they collect only 25rs, but i must have got 120min, i did not get it, as the voucher is of 50 rs i should get 120 min please correct it from now.

Zapak — did not get zod cash

i won zod cash and got a email informing that, i haven't recieved it yet my id in zapak is theif420, send it within 5 days bcoz it expires in 15 of june

Zapak making fool. They had contest that you play games,win points and win W2I n Indiaplaza Vouchers

when the Contest was on. It was not written that you can use W2I vouchers only for a special catalogue.

But when the distribute vouchers they mentioned that it can be used only on zapak-w2i catalouge.

they have 100 rs vouchers and the minimum price on zapak-W2I catalogue is Rs2000

Also i use voucher in W2I and i was succeeful in this. My order was placed but later W2I refused to deliver my order.
They said that it was technical fault. You can not use Vouchers for all the products on W2I.

What should i do now.?

i agree there's alot of false promises made by zapak. they were falsely advertising their contest as "atm cash contest" claming crores of prizes. the prizes turned out to be vouchers. These vouchers are really silly as we gotta spend 90% to get 10% value of the vouchers.
Also They made a partnership with window2india.com. Vouchers were meant to be used in their website. People used money to get value of the vouchers yet 99% of the orders has'nt come true. I myself have ordered 5 odd items from them, and its show's paid successful. It has been to weeks and still no confirmation or emails from window2india.com .
Please somebody take legal action against zapak.com for falsely advertising their contest and fooling everybody.

I have Bought a mousepad and a mouse from zapakshop.com ,,,, I got the mouse but almost 20 days are over and still i did not got the mousepad ,,, everyday when i contact them they always give me the same response " we will provide you tacking details in 1-2 days " and after a week when i try to contact them they are not answering ...

Cheating in service
I had called Easy Cabs -Mumbai and booked their taxi for 22nd June 2011 at 8:00 a.m.from Ghansoli to New Panvel. My booking was confirmed and the booking id given to me was A[protected]. I was told that I would receive the cab details on my cell, half an hour prior to my pick-up time.
