[Resolved]  Zen estilo LXi — TYRE DAMAGE

I HAVE PURCHASE ONE ZEN ESTILO FROM UR REPUTED DEALER M/S KATARIA AUTOMOBILES LTD, VAPI. FROM FIRST SIX MONTH THE CAR GIVING GOOD PERFORMANCE. AFTER THAT THE CAR START MALFUNCTIONING.
AFTER I GIVE MY CAR FOR SERVICE AT KATARIYA AUTOMOBILES VAPI. AT THAT TIME THE WORKSHOP INCHARGE SAID THAT THERE IS AN COMPANY PROBLEM OF TYRE AND I CHANGE MY TYRE BY PAYING 25% OF TYRE AMOUNT. AFTER ALSO THAT PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE CAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT IS NOT PROPER AND THE TYRE GET DAMAGED VERY FAST. AT THE TIME OF TYRE CHANGE I FACE PROBLEM OF CAR PULLING IN ONE SIDE.
THE PROBLEM OF PULLING ONE SIDE IS NOT SOLVED AFTER MANY SERVICE. FOR THAT I GONE MORE THAN FIVE TIMES AT VAPI FROM VALSAD. I ALSO WEST MY TIME AS WELL AS MONEY.
AFTER TYRE CHANGE THE SAME PROBLEM OF TYRE IS COME AFTER 5000KM OF PREVIOUS TYRE CHANGE. AT THIS TIME WORKSHOP INCHARGE TELL THAT COMPANY PROBLEM IN TYRE. WE WILL TRY TO CHANGE TYRE AGAIN SAID THE WORKSHOP INCHARGE.

SO I HAVE AGAIN WEST MY MONEY AS WELL AS TIME FOR REPAIRING. KINDLY DO NEEDFUL IN THIS MATTER.

AT PRESENT ALSO I HAVE TWO WAGON-R, ONE MARUTI-800. BUT DUE TO THIS HAPPEN 2ND TIME AND POOR RESPONCE FROM WORKSHOP OF KATARIYA AT VAPI WE LOOSE FAITH IN MARUTI.
