[Resolved]  Zero B water softener/Ion Exchange India Ltd — Installation not yet done

Yes - I agree. Not only the after sales service but the quality is extremely poor. My zero B Ion Exchange blasted off after 2 months in the bathroom. It could have injured anyone. I strongly suggest that noone should buy this product.

The managers and the staff both are useless bunch of people. After long arguments and phone calls over two months I have given up. I am sure I am never going to buy any Zero B product again and would strongly recommend noone else should.

I am finally approaching consumer court.

Yes I agree. Zero B being a good product the after sales service is pathetic. Those guys at Ion Exchange doesn't care. Its a big shame.

I have also bought a Zero B for my home. But I feel disgusted in writing this just within 2 months after installation. First their installer came & installed although stage II activated carbon was broken by simply bypassing it. Upon enquiring he replied to my parents that it is false & void. He lied.
Now after some time Zero-B started leaking profusely & when a person came to fix it I realized the goo[censored]p & took the matter with their delhi office & got stage II filter repleced & fixed.Thats fine.

But thing is that leakage problem is not yet solved. Every time I complain a new person comes says that earlier guy mishandled this, now there will not be any problem & within 24 hrs it starts leaking.

Could Ion Exchange tell us whats going on.Did I made a wrong choice in buying ZeroB? Where shall I go now - to consumer court?

Hope it does not fall on deaf ears !

Thanks for your comments I have just thinking to install a water softner product for my home. Going to file a complaint in consumer court will certainly give you some relief.

I have brough zero b water softnizer three months back. After sell service is extremely poor. I have registerd a complain at their custome care. After complain registration, I had reminded him of the issue 4 times in a montha and issue has still not been fixed. I am also planning to file a case against them in consumer court. I just advice people not to buy any product from ION Exchange. They are just fooling the people.

Zero B Domestic Water Softener — Not received the delivery

I had ordered and paid for a Zero B water softner on 6th July. the delivery was promosed with in 2-3 days.
After my repeated calls & followups also, I have not got the delivery till date.
Please help.

We are also victims to this zero B water softener system. We bought it 1 year back and we are facing so many problems ever since we got this unit for 60, 000rs for our flats (with six flats). It is not functioning smoothly ...It is continuously leaking and these people are not turning for service even after calling them 1000times. They unonimously close the case even if we raised a case. If these people dont know how to service their products better they need not sell their products. We are thinking to goto their head office to find a solution and also file a case in consumer court.

We had a similar experience and it was similar experience with a costliest softener system from ZERO B. I had never seen such a bad experience before with any products with good brand. They even close the complaints happily without even attending the problems. In addition to 60K rupees we wasted lot of money in phone calls and all our valuable time.

ZERO B REALLY SUCKS

Yes I bought the zero B water Softner. The worst service and worst product. They do not respond. Worst worst worst. I am regretting.

Technician will come in 48 hours . It’s already 10 days. No response. I called repeatedly but no use. Kindly help

i bought zerob autosoft 3 which costed around 72 000/- on january 23rd, It was installed the next day by the sales person and a local plumber. During the installation process they caused damage to my property but refused to take responsibilty.
I was not explained anything about the product and was told a technician would visit and explain everything. Till today no one has come. I have called atleast a hundred times. don't know how it works and how much salt has to be used. i wasnt given the water testing kit which comes along with the product, so dont know if it is working properly or is even installed properly.
I HAVE NEVER KNOWN OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS THIS BAD,
iI will also be approching the consumer court soon.

Please never think of buying a Zero B water softner. I invested more than a lakh on a Zero B water softner. It doesnt serve the purpose at all. Many instances salt get mixed with water or it doesnt soften the water at all. When ever i raise a complaint to CUSTOMER CARE, some ### from service team comes and reset the water softner and goes out. Every time they will come and say it is all right you please use it. I would have called them at-least 6 times now. I regret investing my money on this brand. Please dont buy this product. You will never get a GOOD SERVICE nor their product will serve your need.
