ZNet India Business Mail — Emails Not Working / Company Unresponsive

I would like to lodge a complaint against ZNet India who provide Web Hosting and Business Email Services. We have 30 Business E-mail IDs with this company and we have not received our emails since 17th December 2009. The company is apparently upgrading its servers. However, even after four days they have not been able to rectify the problem and all emails in our Inboxs have been wiped out. Emails are also not getting delivered to our mailboxes. We have had similar problems with the company and the staff is unresponsive and do seem to know what they are doing. Kindly advise on how to take this further.

I have read your whole issue, just want to let you know we had intimated every customer regarding that upgradtion of server..if you still have other issues than please call me in office, i would be here to help you..

I have paid for hosting services through ZNetIndia over a month ago. Still to this day I am unable to access my 'Manage Hosting' site. When I click on 'Manage', I get a 'User dosn't exist' error. Even the spelling of the error is incorrect.

Overall my experience recently with ZNetIndia has been poor in customer service and quality. I have made my payment still not service in over 30 days. Some would call that stealing money out of my pocket. I paid ZNetIndia for a service that they have NOT provided me with.

I have opened 15 tickets. Each ticket has been closed with a message saying, "Hi, I have forwarded this ticket to the concern department. So please wait for sometime they will update you soon." I have been getting this message for over 30 days with NO UPDATES, NO REFUND, NO SERVICE.

Kindly advise me on what legal action I may take with this company moving forward. I have been taken advantage of and in this day and age.. this type o[censored]nprofessionalism will not go unpunished.

I signed up on 15 jan 2010 for windows account. My account was setup on 19 Jan 2010 after 4 support tickets and 3 phone calls. (I requested for cancel and refund on this order in my tickets).

from 19 Jan 2010 till today i am unable to access my control panel. It says 'User dosn't exist' error.

Horrible hosting company. I am feeling lucky that i did not signup with them for a year. I am looking for some reliable windows hosting with dot net panel. any suggestion will be appreciated.
