My business website is registered with this company. Due to internal process or system errors, they have provided my confidential account id and password to a third party, who has changed the password and locked me out of my own account.
I have email evidence of this (of the fact that the password was copied to a third party).
Repeated phone calls and emails have had no effect and they are neither admitting their error nor giving me any options.
All records with them and in the public registrar records list me as owner of the domain so there is no ambiguity.
This is not only hindering my business, it is potentially a grave risk as the third party may conduct malicious or fraudulent activities on my business website which could result in legal issues and/or loss of reputation. Was this information helpful? |
