[Resolved]  Zulaiga Gas Service, Hp Dealer, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu — Domestic LPG - Delay in booking & supply

Sir

I am a registered consumer of domestic LPG Gas with M/s.Zulaiga Gas Service (Dealer of HP Gas) , No.68 Pampatti Street, East Gate, Thanjavur 613 001 (Tel.[protected] & 275504). On[protected] my Gas Refil booking accepted Booking No.221457 on[protected]. On[protected] I received SMS that refil will be delivered within next 48 hours and cash memo no.166121 dated[protected]. But on this date[protected] the said refil is not delivered despite personal requests through telephone. The time taken is 40 days + 21 days for making a booking after the date of delivery of refill, so totally 61 days have gone since I got a single refill. What is the use of having 2 cylinders without allowing the consumer to register for refills as and when one cylinder becomes empty. As there is nearly 8-9 hours power shut downs at various intervals during the day, we are also not able to use electric appliances. Due to this delay we have no other alternative than to stop cooking at home and resort to hotel foods. This causes excess expenses besides hardships to family. All the consumers are suffering this problem. Will the authorities concerned take remedial actions in this regard and bring relief to suffering families. Thank you. R.Purushothaman
