my name is DIPAK CHAKRABORTY.I am from KOLKATA. on 13/04/2005 I joined with a pharma company named ZUVENTUS HEALTHCARE LTD, AT KOLKATA HEAD QUATER, (EMLPLOYEE CODE -ZH/1817). Total 1 year and 2 months i worked as medical representative AT KOLKATA.Due to some personnel Reasons i resigned the company on 12/07/2006.2 YEARS before I got my full final salary settlement from the company. On[protected] I have send my PF withdrawal form to HR ZUVENTUS HEALTHCARE ltd.but after 5 months keeping silence Ididnt get any response .Once again i send the form on 18/05/2011.so many times i have contacted the HR department, they are saying so many excuses.At Last the PF CONSULTANT MR.CIRIL RAMEDOUS told me that on jan 11 they have send my PF withdrawal form to mumbai Regional office so you check with them bUT PLEASE TELL ME HPW CAN I CONTACT WITH THEM.I ALREADY SEND ALL PAPER WITH FORM 19&10C xerox to to the regional p.f.commissioner(MY PF Ac no-MH[protected] and estabishment code-MH/THN/98188.

Dear sir, I am vikas Narsale from Bangalore. i worked with zuventus (gromaxx). for 4 months, i left company 4 months back. till date i ddnt got my settelment. i have submitted all companys property. But my maneger mr.Basavraj(A.B.M). he has to process towerds my setelment. He is not helpping me telling dont call me.

myself DIPAK CHAKRABORTY, ex-Zuventian, Emp Code-ZH1817.I want to get back my deposited Provident Fund.I had couriered form 19 and 10c for the 2nd time on datet 18/5/2011 with all the nessary documents. all have been send to Mr Sudeep Raaj, HO, Mumbai.My date of joining-13/04/2005 and last working day 12/06/2006.
