Zylog . The company which ruined my life politics with project managers , treating employees as slaves and 2 months i got salary very late and one fineday management guys called me and said today is ur last working day for no reason i came out , but i felt better for comin out rather than sitting and sctraching the bench over there the thing is like they got 500 buck as a P.F every month and they din pay my money to the govt and my last month total salary i din get and the HR said u will get it for sure when all got credited my p.f amount will be around 9000 bucks and my sal will be around 15k so 24,000 bucks i lost from the company am waiting waiting waiting better they would have told me that u wont get it i would not wasted my money again by calling them I[censored]r time clicks and proj manager likes u u can learn new technologies ly one plus point over there Was this information helpful? | |||

I agreed 100% and the company is not paying the PF amount to the government. They are cheating in all the way. Zylog is not paying the salaries for the last 4 months but still asking the resources to work for them. If the employee is having enough skill and knowledge then better he should go out from the company. If he think that he will get the salary, arrears after some days or month, then he is the real looser.

Zylog systems limited is not able to pay the salary for their employees. Zylog systems stopped the salary in October 2012. After that there is no salary for the emplyees. 75% employees gone out from the company. Now Zylog systems begging with the banks, investers for some few lakhs. Job seekers --> stay away from this company. Investers --> Run away from this stock.

Zylog systems limited is not crediting the employees PF amount in their PF account, also Zylog Systems Limited is not paying the Tax amount which is deducted from the employee salary to the government. The top management is still discussing to put the Rs.20000 for the employees. When they finish the discussion, this month will come to an end. Again senior VP need to catch the US flight to process the salary.
