Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Illegal Commercial Activities and Unauthorized Construction in Sector 150 Noida

I would like to bring to your notice the issue of illegal construction and unauthorized development activities being carried out in the Yamuna Dub area near Sector 150, Noida.
It has been observed that construction activities are being conducted without proper compliance with approved building plans, environmental norms, and land-use regulations. It has come to the notice of local residents that the concerned property owners/developers are allegedly planning to use the premises for commercial activities such as bars, clubs, DJ events, and pool parties.
It has been observed that bricks/filling material exceeding approximately 6 feet are being used in the base/foundation area of the construction, which raises serious concerns regarding land filling violations, and non-compliance with approved construction norms.
The following concerns require urgent investigation:
Unauthorized/illegal construction in Yamuna Dub area near Sector 150.
Possible violation of Noida Authority building bylaws and land regulations.
Encroachment on environmentally sensitive or restricted land.
Lack of transparency regarding approvals and permissions.
Proposed use of the property for bar, club, and pool party operations without proper approvals.
Possible misuse of agricultural/floodplain land for commercial or residential purposes.
Possible operation of commercial entertainment activities in a restricted/non-commercial zone.
Environmental and drainage concerns due to construction in Yamuna Dub area.
I request the Noida Authority to:
Conduct an immediate inspection of the property and surrounding area.
Verify the legality of the construction and approvals granted.
Stop all unauthorized construction activities immediately.
Take strict legal action against the responsible builder/developer/persons.
Ensure that no illegal bar, club, or pool party activities are permitted at the site.
This matter may create serious inconvenience and security concerns for nearby residents if timely action is not taken.
I request your urgent intervention and necessary action in this matter to prevent further illegal development and protect public interest.
