I ordered Redmi Note 4 on 14th february 2018 and had paid an amount of 4100rs using my debit card and haven't recieved the phone yet. It said that i would recieve the phone by evening on the same day of the order placement. The person who was alloted to deliver recieved the call only once, after which he never answered.This is such a fraud company. i had recieved a tracking id from ARAMEX and when contacted the courier company they informed that they haven't recieved any physical shipment till now. Both COMPS TRADE Pvt Ltd and ARAMEX cheated by not delivering the product and by giving a Tracking ID without recieving the physical shipment. Was this information helpful? |
