My name is imran m. B. And i am the resident of kushalnagar town, kodagu district-571234, karnataka. I had submitted my epson printer on the feb. 4 2007 for the service at cppa mysore as they are the authorised services for epson. I was told they will inform me after rectifying. Since then i called them several times but they give me some silly reasons as if they dont have staff so my printer work is getting delayed. As also they are giving me some or the other reason. I have called them more than a 100 times since the date i have delivered my printer. But every time i got the answer either call after two or three days or the printer service is under process.
Atlast on the 10th of june 2017 (Saturday) i went to mysore and visited the service centre and asked to return back my printer so that i can try to rectify my printer in some other service centres. During that time i was told that the printer is in the godown as they have space scarcity and it is very far from their service centre. I got the answer that i should have informed them one day before i visiting them. Later i told i will return tomorrow and i need my printer back. Then they requested me that they will sent my printer to me in parcel and i will get it delivered to my door step. Later on monday i called them and i was told they will send it in some time and since then whenever i call them i am getting the same reply. Now it is passed 3 months i have submitted my epson l210 (Serial no. S2ak196729) to your authorised service centre in mysore (Cppa) and until now i have not been returned back. Today also i have called them more than 15 times and i get the same reply that they will send it in sometime.
The same thing had happened to me two years back also. The had submitted my one more epson printer with external tanks for the service and that printer also had the same issue. After repeated contacting to the cppa regarding my printer lastly i was told that my printer cannot be rectified and it is thrown out. At that time i did not take any step and i also let it go. But this is the second time i am facing the same problem.
So in this regard i am writing to you to get my printer back and also get justice to me from your part. I am attaching the service bill of the printer i had submitted to them with an amount of rs. 150/-. So please kindly arrange to get my printer back to me.
