ISSUE:
Not able to "ADD DIGITAL SIGNATURE" (class3, provided by e-mudhra) in the below website, https://ipindiaservices.gov.in/trademarkefiling/user/frmlogin.aspx
SOLUTION:
Whenever I was trying to add digital signature screen was getting refreshed, I was not able to identify the issue.
Problem was not with the certificate, but it was with registering IPO components in windows >> system32 folder.
Here it Goes:
1.Download IPO component from below link, https://ipindiaservices.gov.in/trademarkefiling/user/frmlogin.aspx
2. extract it >> go to support folder >> Right click on NDEMO.INF(setup information) >>Install it.
3. Go to "C:\Windows\System32", Now Here CapiCom.dll, MSCOMCTL.OCX, NDEMO.ocx were not getting registered.
4. Open command prompt with admin rights >> "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe"
5. Enter the following commands:
regsvr32 CapiCom.dll
regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX
regsvr32 NDEMO.ocx
You can see popup successfully Done.
6. Restart internet explorer with admin rights.
go to trademark filing website and "ADD DIGITAL SIGNATURE", Popup should come with your digital certificate on that list >> select the certificate >> click ok. Done.
