Firstly i[censored] join this company now they don't pay u salary for the next 6 months they don't have
any clients for their projects there is no use in joining this company

1."This company was established with fraud money MD of this company is chaitanya he is a cheater and he do backdoor jobs for few good companies . With those money he started FINCH LABS"
2.Initially FINCH LABS started at bangarahills in 2012, All employees are got jobs with FINCH LABS via backdoor. After few months he(chaitanya) didn't pay salaries to employees.
3.From all employees he took 60-70 thousand rupees for back door, After 3 or 4 months he terminate all employees
4.Again he went for back door and offered jobs for new employees ( New Batch) after few months he terminate all employees and offered jobs to NEW BATCH "IT IS A CHAIN PROCESS" HE WILL OFFER JOBS FOR BACK DOOR AND TERMINATE CANDIDATES AFTER FEW MONTHS.
5."Most important truth he cheated (ING VYSYA BANK) and (TATA TELE COMMUNICATIONS)
he gave many fake cheques to employees as well as vendors like net connections, telephone bills, etc... all are ing vysya cheques
at finally he TATA Tele Communications is file case on FINCH LABS"
6.Finch Labs now in hitech city beside mind space unfortunately even systems are not there in office.

i was also a employee of finch lab madhapur hyderabad.finch lab is the most fraud company in hyderabad.company ceo had take money from consultancy for junior it developer.they didnot given any salary even after 3 month.so be carefull
