[Resolved]  SMC India Ltd — false promise of job

I am Koushiki Roy.After seeing a add on Quicker.com I have applied to a SMC india Ltd., Address-Salt lake city,Sector-5 SDF building.Module name-Brick & click , Module no.-634 &635 as front office executive.On 1st day they have selected me and said to join as soon as possible.that time I was working in another company so I asked them to make my joining date from 1st March 2013.They agreed.But when I asked for the offer letter they said they want to see whether I can handle the job.and they that day they said to sit in their front office and handle.I wad sitting over there for more than 4 hours and handling the job properly.They were even satisfied that time.They said for the offer letter I would have to prepare medical fitness certificate and said to get my offer letter after 1 week i.e 25th February,13.On 25th when I went there preparing all my documents and resigning from my current job.One of the HR person said they cannot pay me the salary what I am asking.And their floor manager said the vacancy is closed.But when I asked another employee working over there,she said vacancy is there and they are waiting for me to join.After sitting there over an hour one of the HR person said company does not have any project now,so that they cannot hire me right now.When I said because of them I have resigned my job that person said she did not said to leave my job and I should have informed her.that is very clear that every person was lying over there.The person whom I had the initial talk and he conformed me,he was sitting in a room and didn't talk to me.Actually he was hiding.His name is Mr. Seraj and mail ID seraj.[protected]@gmail.com.Ultimately they said they can change there decision whenever they want as I did not have the offer letter.Even after issuing their offer letter they used to change. It is a company who can change whenever they want as it is a fluctuating company and they even don't know what they want to do.Better not to trust such company and work for such fake company.
