My name is NEERU GROVER and I have been harassed thrice by the company called IBM where I was called for an interview for German language profile and I had to give an exam, wherein out of 40 i got 25 marks in german language test, after that Mr. Ashish, Manager with I.B.M. never informed me about the status and there were lots of promises done by the company regarding the pick and drop cabs but when the time is odd only then the cab will be provided by the company otherwise not, and thereafter they said they would call up, none of them called me up
then second chance was given by some consultant called 2coms in kolkata that i have to appear on friday last friday to I.B.M. AFTER REACHING FROM METRO DRIVE OF MORE THAN 2 HOURS from my house, ME BEING AN EXPERIENCED LADY HAVE TO SUFFER SUCH HARASSMENT BY SUCH BIG COMPANIES, after reaching there i and other candidates are being told to sit in a hall, where there is no sign of HR person called AJAY RAWAT, and he sends some lady to take our interview, big promises being made by the company, then i was being given a german language test, after that no reply came back from the H.R. personnel, this is a method of harassing an experienced LADY who knows german language,
third time i was being referred by lingual consultancy to CONCENTRIX yesterday, after spending more than 2 hours in metro i was supposed to meet AJAY KAKKAR, HR person in CONCENTRIX, that i have to do the VOICE PROCESS in travel process, i was being sent by the consultant called SNIGDHA SEN of lingual consultancy that i will be selected now what AJAY KAKKAR tells me after making me wait for more than 2 hours that my profile is not according to an agent but according to TEAM LEADER, and that he will let me know,
WHAT ATROCIOUS EMPLOYEE I.B.M. AND CONCENTRIX have employed who do not know the value of experienced people who wish to excel in the german language for the welfare of the company,
NOONE SHOULD APPLY FOR GERMAN LANGUAGE, AS THESE EMPLOYEES IN IBM WOULD MAKE YOU WAIT FOR LONG HOURS WITHOUT CONSIDERING WHAT PROFILE OR BACKGROUND YOU ARE FROM, WHAT A CHEAP ATTITUDE OF AJAY KAKKAR IN CONCENTRIX SPEAKING RUDELY AND ASKING AWKWARD QUESTIONS DURING THE INTERVIEW,
SUCH EMPLOYEES SHOULD STOP WORKING WITH THE COMPANY, FIRST LEARN SOME ETIQUETTES AS TO HOW TO SPEAK WITH SENIOR PROFILE GERMAN LANGUAGE EXPERT,
i am just irritated at about any job profile with I.B.M AND CONCENTRIX and would sincerely advice the freshers to think before they join such company
