I had ordered an iem with dac combo for 2500inr on 20th of feb 2026 now it had 12 months of warranty on their website but when I went to claim it on their website, it said there's no such product of your order id. I reached out everywhere mail, instagram, whatsapp everything they replied once on the mail after 10 days, the sent a different warranty claim link I went there put my product id and it showed up there but it said that this product isn't covered in their warranty policy. I went on the website to look for my product cause I had the warranty paper in hand and I knew they had claimed warranty of 12 months on the product when I went on the website they had removed the product itself but fortunately I know internet is archived so I went on way back machine and found that product listed on march 2026 and it still showed that it came under their warranty policy I've recording of it, physical warranty paper and invoice but they're just ghosting me Was this information helpful? |
