I placed an order on Concept Kart’s official website on 15 May 2025. Unfortunately, the package was returned without ever reaching me. There was no delivery attempt made, and I did not receive any call, message, or update regarding the delivery. I kept tracking the order, and to my surprise, it was marked as returned to sender without any explanation.
I tried contacting their support through email and the phone numbers listed on the website, but no one responded. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
