A few years ago, I gave my UM Renegade Commando motorbike to Milind Bharatkumar Bhatt heand he flew away — Later i came to know that he is a man who has previously been mentioned in media outlets like Mid-Day for alleged fraudulent behavior.
I Was suffering with Losses after lockdown of covid 19 and i decided to give my moterbike on rent to get some money to pay my daily personal bills, He contacted me and Milind Bharatkumar Bhatt took possession of the bike under the pretext of a personal use of the said motorbike, Then he flew away with motorbike .
After months of chasing and a personal investigation into his activities, I exposed his actions publicly. Only then Milind bharatkumar bhatt did agree to a private settlement, and got ready to pay the agreed amount for the motorbike in installments, and assured me he would officially transfer the bike’s ownership into his name.
However, it has now been nearly 4 years that promise, and Milind has completely ignored all my requests to get the ownership transfer done. This delay leaves me, the original owner, legally liable for any misuse or accidents involving the vehicle — despite not having possession of it.
I am sharing my story as a warning to others. Please stay cautious when dealing with individuals like Milind Bharatkumar Bhatt, and always insist on immediate legal documentation when transferring ownership of any vehicle.
